"My time at Prairie High School was one that wasn't worth remembering. The administration at PHS was always trying to do things just for the money that they would receive, and then lied to the students about it. The teachers were helpful, most of the time, but all in all, they were only there to get their job done."

"I have attended Prairie High School for the past 10 years. The thing I like best about Prairie is their extensive amount of resources. I have been given multiple opportunities to take multiple advanced courses, including taking classes at the nearby Kirkwood Community College. In addition, the faculty are amazing, as they continue to support me in all circumstances. The counselors at Prairie are amazing, as they are able to work around the student's obstacles. In fact, once, I was late in applying for certain Kirkwood classes, but my counselor was still able to make last-minute changes to my schedule that allowed me to take the courses I wanted. As I am a senior, I will be graduating soon. However, I will always remember my wonderful experience at Prairie High School."

"Prairie High School is a very conservative school. The administration doesn't care about academics or student life, their main focus is making sure the school looks good to people on the outside. A majority of the teachers don't know how to teach well and are gone a lot. There aren't a variety of courses available compared to other schools in the area."

"Prairie High School has been great in terms of offering AP courses and giving opportunities to students in every field of interest. I have especially enjoyed my experience in the music department, which has hard-working directors who strive for excellence in their groups."

"My overall experience was pretty decent because I received different experience that other high schools may not have received. My high school gives the students laptops for better learning resources."
