Buyer reviewAlicia Adams went over & above what my wife and I would ever expect from a realtor, especially considering our price range. Alicia was always accessible by phone, text, & email. Our questions were always answered the same day. After several attempts to secure a property, Alicia dedicated her time almost exclusively to us. We had her running in so many directions & she gladly did it for us no matter what time of day or day of the week. We are looking forward to working with Alicia in the future & already have her investigating other properties for us.

Seller reviewMy 3503 Wildflower Drive home had several areas of major damage from roof leakage. Alicia Adams took charge and organized the renovation and completion of an entire kitchen renovation, complete installation of tile flooring to entire first floor, and countless other repairs throughout the home....and outside. I had already moved to Kissimmee, so Alicia found all the necessary vendors, was constantly in contact with me, supervised and advised me of all their progress. Alicia Adams was truly a godsend to me. I've never heard of anyone having a realtor that has or would even spend the amount of time she did on helping me with the repairs/renovations that were necessary/done to my home to make ready for sale.
