And that was exactly what we needed to get the house we wanted. She understood our needs and emotions in for our case a really tricky situation. She is a great help to find your new home

It was a smooth process and closed on the house on time. I'm very happy with the purchase and will use her services in the future.

She was available literraly 24/7 when we had questions or conserns and was dedicated to helping us understand every step of the process (our situation was definately out of the box).She helped us not only find our dream home,but sell our first home as well. We were looking for the perfect agent when we were selling our house and we didn't only found that,but we also found a friend that truly cares and we can trust 100%! She is absolutely wonderful to work with and I would rate her 100 stars if i could! Our whole family loves her so much and appreciates everything she did for us!

Buyer reviewAllison Frolo was very helpful throughout process between when I first started visiting houses with her through ~5 months later when she handed me my keys. She's always been quick to text back answering any questions within a few hours, and was quick to write the three offers I ended up placing. When I would see a house I liked on the market, it would be rare that we wouldn't be able to see it the very next day. In fact, because of her, I was able to view my new house, make an offer and have it accepted within 36 hours of it being placed on the market. Without her, I'd probably still be looking for a house if not already given up in this market.
