My lifelong passion for real estate began when I was a little girl. My father worked in the oil business, and it was a job that my family followed wherever it led. Never spending more than 7 years in one place, I grew up accustomed to moving, creating living spaces, and enjoying the adventure of meeting new people in new communities.
Finally able to move where the road took only me, I chose Southern California to go to school and never looked back.
I received my bachelor's degree in Finance from Pepperdine University. With my corporate career taking me from hedge funds to exclusive resort management I found my strengths in marketing and customer service.
Taking a step back from corporate endeavors when my kiddos came along, I began to focus on my passions. My love of cooking took me to Le Cordon Bleu, after which I enjoyed the freedom of owing my own business as a private chef and caterer. But Real Estate became my profession of choice after moving to Ventura County. I quickly gained traction in my career. It's been easy to sell homes in an area that I love so much, and I love the matchmaking process of finding my clients their new home.
My goal is to EXCEED your expectations from the moment you begin working with me. I excel in hospitality and comfort. I can easily home in on specific tastes to save you precious time and energy in your home search. I know how to make a house feel like a home and have the drive and ability to market it to the right people to optimize your sale.

Buyer reviewAndrea Chaffey was representing both the sellers and ourselves, the buyers. We knew it was a difficult thing to do, but she did it with brio. She was able to wear her buyer's hat when she was with us and we are certain that she was also able to wear her seller's hat when she was with them. She is honest, always patient and nice. She was also available at all times even if we were very demanding. When she did not have an answer, she would go and get it for us. We felt her support thoughout the negotiations and the long and complicated escrow process. She was great at reassuring us when our stress was at high levels. Andrea is a truly great person and even thougb we do not intend to sell or buy anytime soon, we would love to work with her again. We get to appreciate our new home thanks to her. We have no doubt that had it been anothe real estate agent, in this shifting market, the deal would not have gone through. She had all the qualities needed to make it happen. Thank you Andrea!

Once he returned home (WA), Andrea stood out from the other agents he met. He said, "we're going with her, she's really working for us." Proved to be the case throughout the entire process. For major items noted in the inspection, she proactively obtained quotes so we had a better idea how much was needed for those repairs. We do not live locally, so it was very much appreciated.
