I met Andrea 5 years ago when I moved here from Ohio. She made sure the rental that I rented was legit, so a year later when I was ready to buy I knew she was the realtor I was using. She helped me buy my first house in Florida and now just helped me find my second. I am very picky, but have never felt as if I was a bother or hassle. She helped me at all times of the day and never left me hanging. She has the most patience I have ever seen in a realtor. I will always use Andrea Difillipo when buying/selling any of my homes in the future!

Feels disingenuous to mark Andrea Difillipo as "Excellent," in all categories, but this was not your typical sale. My parents passed away and my sister and I both live out of state, me in TN and my sister in NYS. When we needed to list the property, I went on the Century 21 website, entered my info and waited. No one responded. Second request and nothing. My sister's niece works for Century 21 in NY and she directed us to Andrea. From the very start she was helpful. Emotions were high, due to the nature of the sale in addition to being from out of state, it was extremely difficult. Add to that the need for some renovations. We had no idea who to contact, who to trust. Andrea took the reins on that too. We had many conversations throughout the process and she always kept me up to date and spoke to me in realistic scenerios. I felt so helpless and Andrea showed extreme professionalism, but more than that, compassion. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
