My husband and I are moving to Knoxville from out of state, and both have jobs that do not allow a lot of free time to spend searching for homes. Moving is stressful enough even locally, and especially when you are working a lot and moving three states away to a totally unfamiliar area. This is the fourth home we have purchased in the past ten years (some are non-primary residences/investments) and we have sold two properties, so we are quite familiar with how difficult home buying and selling can be.
