Buyer reviewWhether you are a seller or a buyer, I highly recommend Avis Meyers-Ketola to be your agent. I met Avis when she was the seller's agent for a property I really wanted. She went above & beyond in answering my questions & providing information I needed to complete the sale. She was quite knowledgeable about Marquette County & especially the Gwinn area where I was looking to buy. The property ended up being sold to someone else, so months later when I saw a listing online for a home I thought I'd like, I immediately asked Avis Meyers-Ketola to be my buyer's agent. It turned out to be a very good decision. The seller made what should have been an easy sale quite difficult, but Avis represented me well in dealing with this person & worked tirelessly to close the deal to my satisfaction. This sale would not have happened had I tried to do this on my own. I highly recommend her.

Seller reviewI was primarily looking for an agent who knew the area in where I was selling and who had knowledge of what to expect in the current market. Most important was I needed someone who could patiently walk me through the process of selling my home and ability to continue the selling after I had moved to my new residence. Avis is very trustworthy and I definitely got what I was looking for in an agent. This was a hard time for my family to let go of our family memories in this house, however Avis showed compassion and made the whole sales process an excellent experience.
