Aviva is trustworthy and always willing to answer any question or provide a referral for anything that is outside of her scope. I have previously recommended her to friends and family and was very excited to take her up on her services when it was my turn to take the next step! It's very difficult to find a real estate agent from a website that you can feel confident in, but she's definitely someone to reach out to!
