Seller reviewWe had previously sold our first home with Beth and didn't hesitate to ask her to be our realtor again. She is knowledgeable and always does what is best for her clients, she is a phone call away and provides so much knowledge when it comes to selling a home. We appreciate Beth so much she made the sale of our home easy and stress free! We also appreciate Chris for taking gorgeous pictures of our home and Century 21 Moline for the professional and eye catching listing! Beth treated us with her utmost attention. She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. She was respectful to our requests and her communication was clear. We would recommend her to anyone selling a home!

Buyer reviewI think Beth goes out of her way to match your wish list to the latest homes on the market.....and is extremely knowlegeable about the ins and outs of making an offer that will be competitive and creative! She's good at problem solving and is very practical......I had fun looking at homes with her for that reason and our closing was super smooth - a very pleasant experience because she had prepared me for it! I would highly recommend working with her to anyone!

Seller reviewWe listed a home with Beth Hallin and Century 21. From start to finish Beth delivered top notch quality service and went above and beyond to help us with the sale of this home. Beth provided us with market comps and analysis which helped us determine the price range for this home. She arranged to have an outstanding photographer come to the home and take quality pictures which were posted on the MLS listing. Each week we were provided with updates of the online activity and also the feedback on the showings. The feedback allowed us to make modifications to the home which in turn helped us with the sale.
