Seller reviewBev Lawyer came knocking on our door when she saw the For Sale by Owner in our yard and she offered her services if we decided we wanted to list. She was very polite about it - not pushy at all. We decided anyone that came knocking for work must have a bit of motivation so we gave her the job. During the course of our listing, our traveling brought about some complicated situations and she was always there to help with those issues and always in close communication. She had several open houses and went above her duty to make sure the house was always at its best when someone looked at it, even in our absence. We have sold 7 homes and we've never had an agent as worthy of their hire as Bev was. I'm so thankful she came knocking on our door!
