Born in Spokane, BranDen moved around the state due to the family logging profession. He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in Psychology. He has been a personal trainer since he was 18 years old where he learned how to help people set and achieve goals. BranDen has been the Sales/Account/Operations Manager for a family-owned agricultural company. These experiences have taught him the value of relationships, how to maintain accounts and clients, and the importance of effective communication and reliable follow-through. After years of building a business for other people, BranDen's entrepreneurial spirit led him to a career in real estate. In his spare time, BranDen enjoys basketball, strength training, snowboarding, world traveling, going to the movies, and riding Washington trails in his Polaris RZR. Selling your home is a stressful time, and he acted as a competent, sage, and eminently available guide during the process and brought knowledge and professionalism to every interaction. Our process was not stress free- no one can provide that. But I can't imagine it having gone better all things considered, and if we had to do it again tomorrow Branden would be our first call. He did an excellent job marketing the 4- Plex and working with all four tenants to show all units, which is a huge undertaking, but he made is sound effortless, but I know the truth. He kept me informed immediately on everything and listened to me regarding all issues big or small. I have worked with other real estate professionals and I can honestly say that BranDen Tipton is the professional you want if you are buying or selling. I listed the property and received an offer the next day.
