Seller reviewI have an elderly father that lived a long distance from me. I was helping him relocate to be closer to me and to downsize. Thankfully, we found Ms. Brenda Brooks to list my father's (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom) home. My father needed some extra hand holding and assistance. Brenda went above and beyond, exceeding my already high expectations of a realtor. She treated my father like he was family. Brenda held multiple open houses, coordinated a caravan and took several rounds of photos and drone shots. She even helped my father move furniture, sale furniture, find a painter and a flooring company. She guided us through the process and the ever-changing market without being pushy. Brenda is an experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated realtor. She went the extra mile and then some. I cannot begin to thank her for all her efforts, attentiveness, help, patience and kindness.
