I have been selling real estate since 2004. My competitive spirit along with my moral upbringing have guided me to become one of the most productive and successful Real Estate Agents in Pennsylvania. My first year in the business I was awarded Rookie of the Year in my company. Over the years I've earned the Prestigious Century 21 Centurion Award for Overall Production; the Century 21 President's Award along with many Outstanding Customer Feedback Awards. My proudest accomplishment was earning the Century 21 Centurion Honor Society award in 2016.
I've sat on top Agent panels and spoke to other real estate professionals about how to build successful real estate careers especially when you are new to the business. Seller reviewBrian was amazing, dedicated and he really worked with me during a very difficult sale. The difficulty was due to it being my parent's home when my father couldn't be involved. Brian went and met my Dad to make him comfortable with him as the realtor (despite my Dad not being involved in the decision). Most critically, he stayed in close touch with me during the process and did thinks that made it easier for me, since I was located a bit of distance away. We had some challenging buyers and Brian went to bat for them/me to make the sale work, when he could have easily move on to the next buyer. This extra effort resulted in a higher buying price for the home (but the increase in commissions earned would not have made up for the considerable extra time he spent). I trusted him and I felt that he had my best interests at the heart of his advice, while letting me make the final decision with the necessary information. I would recommend him highly.

Buyer reviewHands down the best realtor you could ever meet. Brian sold me my first house for my first housing experience and was very patient and explained everything to me. We probably saw over 30 properties together and stuck with me through the end. He help me sell the same house he helped me buy when I decided to move and explained the entire process and how it work. He was able to get me a buyer to buy my house the day after the house listed for sale. When I moved back to the Philadelphia area I contacted him again to help me buy another house. Once again we saw probably 10 properties, he was very patient and understanding considering the market we were in. He was able to get me a signed contract and to settlement in about a month.
