Seller review"Mr. Soares is an excellent realtor. I live in Miami, Florida and was selling a coop in New Jersey. I had 5 different realtors and none of them sold the coop. Mr. Soares took charge of the matter, contacted people, published the apartment on all the realtors' pages, dealt with the office and administration of the building, paid of his own money for permits and repairs and then sent me the bill.
