Seller reviewHad planned to speak with at least 2 brokers. Called Carrie first as she did an outstanding job selling the house across the street. After meeting with Carrie we did not see a need to speak with any other broker. Her confidence of the market, her up to date knowledge of area homes and listings and no pressure approach sold us immediately. Carrie knows how to market a house and the results screamed success in her approach. Not to mention she is a wonderful person to deal with during what could have been a stressful time. Home sold in 5 days. 12 contracts and 10% over listing price. Now if that doesn't say HI PERFORMER I don't know what does.
