When we finally listed my mother's home, she took me through each step, guiding me through the repairs, what to consider with offers, what would create value as well as what may not create an increased offer on the house. She was constantly available on any day and at any time. She kept a positive attitude when the going was difficult and helped me to understand the FHA process and VA process.
