Catrice Jones was attentive to my familys needs from the very beginning, she remembered details that we did and did not like in each home, Catrice Jones kept me updated on the next steps and set realistic expectations. Catrice was extremely knowledgeable about the process and if she didn't know something, she found out. We had some long evenings but Catrice always gave us her undivided attention. Catrice was not taking personal calls or scrolling through social media, our time was our time and Catrice Jones gave it to us effortlessly. When I was stressed and ready to give up Catrice kept calm and kept me focus on the finish line. Catrice Jones upheld her professionalism to the very end, and it was not one home she didn't sell . Catrice Jones is a superb realtor and I would recommend her to everybody.
