Charles was fabulous. Sold my home in 1 day!! He goes above and beyond anyone else I have ever worked with. Wish I knew of him sooner.

Prior to having an agent to help us sell / buy, I met Charles Damian at an open house, he was hosting. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the area and receptiveness to help us found the house we were looking for. Charles Damian was always quickly accessible to help us navigate this process and answer all our questions. He was prompt and accurate with all paperwork and appointments. We were so thankful for the effort that Charles put into helping us with the purchase of our new house. We went through this process during the start of the COVID-19 closures. He was respectful of social distancing when needed, ensured we were able to arrange for inspections, and other requirements necessary to close despite the difficult situation we were all in. His knowledge and clear communication regarding the process relieved a lot of the stress of buying a new home. Overall the experience was smooth start to finish. Charles Damion was always available when I needed someone for my dog during the showing process. (They actually became great buddies) Charles was always available when needed regardless of when or what I needed help with during the selling process, Charles got it done!!!
