He made himself available to every need for inspection and examination of the property. He had a wealth of knowledge in regard to both the pre-purchase and post-purchase needs of the buyer. He felt very easy to work, he replied promptly to inquiries, and he worked hard andeffectively to finalize the deal inall of its bureacratic entirety (especially important when the invariable glitches appeared along the way).
