She quickly picked up on the type of home we were searching for and kept us posted on any new ones on the market we might be interested in. She was also very quick to respond to any questions or inquiries that we sent her whether it was via returning a phone call, text message or email. Within 16 hours the property, we had four offers. Within 24 hours the property was under contract. I have sold a number of properties in this by far, what is the easiest and smoothest closing.
