Cheryl was so understanding with everything. She was very patient even after the first house I had a loan issue and had to back out. She knew the area very well and helped me with the local area. I hardly had to do anything but sign papers when she needed them. Everything went very well! I would recommend Cheryl to anyone.

We worked with Cheryl for at least six months off and on before we began to seriously search for a suitable property, and she was very patient with us. She even recommended other agents when we went outside her local area to look. She wrote up several offers for us, and was understanding when we backed out. Then she went above and beyond the call when showing us the property we finally purchased, even to the point of traveling well outside her normal area.

Cheryl is the type of realtor you want to get. No pressure and she's very friendly, knowledgeable about all the local area homes and businesses, takes the time to know the housing inventory so you don't end up looking at a lot of non candidates and keeps you informed on a daily basis about what your status is in the loan through what could normally be anxiety provoking closure process.
