Chris Holden has been not only the most impressively remarkable realtor that we have ever worked with (we worked with realtors in New York, Los Angeles, and Wisconsin), but most importantly, Chris has been able to perform his realtor expertise in a manner that no other realtors have ever done. He has been very intuitive about our family's needs for a new home which allowed us to feel always positive about our search. Chris is perhaps one of the most patient people that we have ever met. While we looked at over forty properties before purchasing a home, Chris has always presented himself with a big smile and a greatly positive attititude, which made us believe that a new home was in the near horizon. Chris was amazing with the marketing of the house and the open house went off relatively without a hitch. Chris did an amazing job and I would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house.
