Seller reviewChristine was very helpful and supportive as I sold the house my parents lived in for 30 years. I live out of state so it was important to know the sale was moving forward even though I wasn't present. Buyer reviewWe have bought and sold a few homes. It is always a painful process. To add to the challenge is that we are in North Carolina and limited budget. Neither of these issues were a problem for Christine. She happily took the challenge and worked with our son to find a place we could afford that meets our needs and his. I've never had an agent who was so attentive and easy to communicate with throughout the process. She was wonderful. I would highly recommend her to anyone and very thankful for the recommendation that put us together.

Buyer reviewWe had worked with Christine once before following a recomendation from a friend. She helped us sell our home in 2022 with great results. We have been actively shopping for a new home for the last few months, and Christine patiently showed us what limited inventory there was that met our check list. When the right property did pop up, things had to move very quickly. She and our lender got us pre-approved on a Saturday and had on offer on the table that afternoon. We are very satisfied with the transaction overall, and Christine was fantastic in every wy during the process. Great communication, very knowledgable, and professional all the way. I don't forsee us needing a realtor in the near future, but if/when we do, Christine is the only choice for us.
