My brother-in-law has known Clarence for a very long time and when we needed an agent Clarence was the only agent my brother-in-law said to go with and we made the perfect choice with using him. We had two perspective buyers and let Clarence decide which one we should go with and a day later he called me and said his gut feeling was to go with the other buyers who were prequalified and their loan was an FHA and not a VA. He made the loan process seem pretty easy going. His assistant, Suzette, was so knowledgable about all aspects of getting the house sold. She played a very prominent role in helping Clarence keep me up to date on everything. His performance was excellent.
