I called him, he was at my house the next day and was very knowledgable bout the area my house was in and up to date on current listing near the area. He definitely put my mind at ease. He thoroughly explained the process in depth so I understood all of it. Eventhough there were a few bumps in the road as far as inspections, buyers requests etc, Cody had all of the right answers and quickly resolved any and all issues.
