My passion is all things real estate…it's what I do and what I love!
As a licensed Realtor with Century 21 Frank Frye Real Estate in Newark, Ohio, I have over two decades of experience in Real Estate, Facilities, and Property Management. One of my most memorable jobs was working 16 years for The Longaberger Company where I managed a portfolio of more than 80 diverse properties throughout the State of Ohio. I have extensive experience with farms (equestrian and cattle), large land tracts, and residential and commercial properties.
I graduated from Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, studied architectural design at Central Ohio Technical College, and am a graduate of the Licking County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. I proudly serve on the Licking County Board of Realtors as well as represent Licking County as a Columbus MLS Committee member.
I am a lifelong resident of Licking County, attending Granville schools from kindergarten through graduation. I reside in Newark with my husband, Gerard, with whom we share three children and six grandchildren. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time on our 140-acre farm, traveling with my family, and traveling with my daughter who competes in barrel racing across the United States.

Cyndi did an incredible job handling these items, including getting quotes for work, assisting with escrow setup, septic permitting, inspections, and escrow distribution. It made the difficult sale of this property, given the circumstances, much better. Absolutely could not have done it without her. She was personable, professional, dedicated, and funny when we really needed that on the hard days. 100000% recommend her for sales. I could not possibly be more pleased with Cyndi's support and assistance throughout this process. She went above and beyond consistently to help us get the best value for our home, all while keeping it moving in a timely manner. We ran into several frustrating situations, but she always worked tirelessly towards a solution that suited our needs the best. She was professional and willing to work through anything with us. There's no doubt she puts 110% effort into everything she does.
