I have been proud to call Wake County my home since 2007 when I moved from San Diego, CA and enjoy all that the Triangle area has to offer. Before becoming a Realtor, I was an Interior Designer for 10+ years with a huge emphasis on customer service. I worked with each homeowner to meet individual needs and make their visions come to life.
Like my former clients, my new clients will benefit from my dedication, problem solving skills, friendly attitude, loyalty, listening skills, extensive customer service background and cooperative spirit. I find building new yet lasting relationships the most rewarding.

She's very knowledgeable in her line of work and always listened to my needs, concerns & wants, and made sure the outcome was me always ending happy and with all issues resolved. She always kept me informed and explained anything that was new or unknown to me. She's the best realtor I could've asked for. Even after closing, she still reached out to check in on me & to make sure things were going smoothly and if not, she still helped with addressing issues or concerns I had in regards to my new home. At every step of the process of selling our townhouse, Daina went above and beyond to help us. First, she did extensive due diligence help us pick the optimal asking price. Then through her focused advertising, she was able to entice an all-cash offer at exactly our asking price within 4 days of posting our house, despite it being a very challenging time in our particular market due to competition from multiple similar units in our neighborhood being posted on sale at the same time. And after the Buyer provided the initial offer, Daina stepped in multiple times to protect us from giving away too much to during the technical inspection negotiations. In sum, Daina did an extraordinary job to sell our townhouse for the price we wanted quickly and seamlessly. I give her my highest recommendation!
