Dana Diekroeger was born & raised in Omaha, Nebraska. Dana's ties to "Go Big Red" & Nebraska remain very strong even though she has lived in the Rocky Mountain States for years. Dana is a graduate of Colorado Women's College in Denver, CO. Following her graduation, Dana was a flight attendant with United Airlines for 28 years serving travelers with her grace & professionalism just as she does her real estate customers & clients today. Dana has been practicing real estate in Cheyenne, Wyoming & Laramie Wyoming for 23 years.
Dana has been the recipient of numerous awards throughout her real estate career. She has been granted the Century 21 Quality Service Award by her remarkable clients & customers who now call her a friend. In addition, Dana is a member of the Century 21 Top Agent Club & has received the most coveted Century 21 Award, The Centurion Award for several years. In 2022, Dana's ultimate achievement was her induction into the Century 21 International Hall of Fame, a group of only 52 recipients out of 147,000 Century 21 real estate professionals. Her recognition came from her high level of customer & client satisfaction, her multi-level high production volume, her loyalty to the brand, & her commitment to community service & support. You can see Dana frequently sponsoring her clients' son or daughter's sports team year after year. Dana is also a strong supporter of the Cheyenne Animal Shelter ( in loving memory of her golden retriever, Sam) and the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Foundation. Dana is an avid runner which has taught her perseverance that she applies and follows through to her Real Estate business very day. Buyer reviewDuring my homebuying process, I worked with two realtors in the Laramie/Cheyenne area. As I began my search in Laramie, Dana Diekroeger was recommended to me by my Laramie realtor. Even though I had initially planned to purchase a house in the Laramie area, Dana was extremely patient and supportive when showing me houses in Cheyenne. As it turned out, I ended up making an offer in the Cheyenne area after my offer on another house fell through. Dana was extremely positive and supportive, which was very appreciated after the disappointment from the first homebuying attempt. She addressed and resolved many challenges that came up during the process without me needing to be involved. And she went above and beyond to help me given that I was never in the state during the closing process. Dana is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has continued to be a great friend and supporter after my closing. Overall, she is a fantastic person and realtor, and I would recommend her for any of your buying/selling needs.

Buyer reviewDana was the absolute BEST! I wish there was a better word. Magnificent! There it is. She went so above and beyond for our family during the entire process of the sell of our home, and the purchase of our new home. Responded back anytime of the day, even on her vacation! Day or night she was there with any questions we needed answered. We are forever grateful for Dana and the entire Century 21 Bell staff. Dana has not only become a wonderful friend, but family. I will refer her over and over again to as many people as I can. Just simply, the best! I want to buy another house just to go through the fun, exciting, and seamlessly easy process with Dana again!

Seller reviewWe found Dana via a yard sign when we first started looking at homes last Summer. We are so grateful we did! After I explained a few things over the phone, she came out to our house and sat down with us and reviewed everything that we were looking for. When she left that day, My husband and myself knew that she was the best Realtor for us. She was extremely professional yet friendly and down to earth. When it comes to business, my husband can have alot of questions and alot of requests. She always took care of his questions immediately and not once made us feel like she was being put out or annoyed. When we purchased our house, she was top notch from beginning to end. Nine months later, we decided that the home was not for us and decided to stay in our original home. We immediately picked up the phone and called Dana to handle the sale. Just as we expected, she was professional and friendly to work with just like the home purchase. She got our home sold and made the entire process seamless. We have referred her to family and could not imagine using a different realtor in the future. I was in the corporate world for 25 years in Denver and I know the value of good customer service. Dana is a huge asset to your company and we feel so lucky to have found her!

Seller reviewDana is by far the best of the best, hands down! She helped me find my townhouse I am currently in (and love). She was more than willing to help me list my other house when I contacted her and not only got it sold for me, but went out of her way to deal with my ex personally so I didn't have to. She's amazing and I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling...Dana is literally there for you every step of the way, always with a hug and a smile! :)
