The pictures that were taken for listing were very good and showed the home very nice for online viewers. Danielle was always available for open houses and if she could not do one, another Gene Group employee was able to accommodate and do it for her, good team work. Once an offer on the home was made, the negotiations with the buyer were handled and the inspection process was very smooth. The closing also went smooth, not only did we close our home that we had just sold, but Danielle also was able to handle the closing of another home we purchased in a different state, all of this was navigated by Danielle and the other team members at the Gene Group.
