I am a lifelong resident of the Northeast Kingdom residing in Derby. I have been selling real estate for 40-plus years, and became a licensed auctioneer in 1971. I am a Vietnam Veteran having served there in 1968-69. I am also an avid NASCAR fan and enjoy golf. I was honored with 2004 Orleans County Realtor of the Year. Most recently, I was awarded the status of Realtor Emeritus by the National Association of Realtors in recognition of my contribution to the real estate profession in the community. As a Realtor, I also offer Buyer-Broker services. A satisfied customer is what I strive for. I'm available seven days a week.

Buyer reviewDave was such an asset for us while trying to purchase a home from 3,000 miles away. Couldn't have done it without him I had a hard time finding an agent that would actually return my call when inquiring about properties or being willing to be our agent. Dave called back immediately and seemed like he was always available to speak with. Dave was great. He spent multiple days with us at different times of the year showing us properties.

Seller reviewAs I have said previously, Dave Campbell knows his business. On this property at 43 Geraldine Ave, it was listed on the Century 21 web site on a Tuesday, I got an email from Dave on Thursday that he would be showing it the following Monday. After he showed the property on Monday, he called me with an offer, I accepted and it was done. I realize that it doesn't always work that fast but in a little over a year Dave has sold 4 properties for me. I would say that is pretty outstanding. Dave Campbell is a good guy all around.
