Seller reviewDavid Holdaway was an excellent realtor. Very professional, friendly and completed actions in timely manner. We were relocated to another state and moved before our home sold. It was comforting to know he would take care of everything in our absence. David did much more than expected and handled all paperwork, inspections and completed the sale for us. I have worked with David for many years in real estate appraising and was definitely not disappointed with his service when my role changed and I became the seller. I would definitely recommend David for all of your real estate needs, if you would like to have an agent that will just simply take care of everything. Seller reviewDavid was professional and to the point about what we needed to do to sell our home. He was able to get me answers in a timely manner, even if it wasn't news we wanted to hear. He explained processes very well and I was never left in the dark about anything in the transaction. If he were the only one in the transaction we had to work with, we would have been extremely OK with that! However, even with unfortunate service on the "other" side, he still pushed through and did above what his job entails. It never felt like he was doing this for the money. It felt like he cared about us and our house, and I know he invested a lot of his time to keep things on track even when other parties weren't as motivated to do so. We are thankful for his time and energy invested in the sell of our home!

Buyer reviewDavid is from the area in which I was looking and he understood my needs and what I wanted and did everything possible to find the right place for me. I was originally dealing with another agent from another realty company that keep trying to push me in an area where I did not want to go and after I had already expressed that to him several times. He did not hear what I was wanting and was more concerned with showing me his own properties. David was not at all like that. He listened to me and my needs and wants and then looked tirelessly to find what I wanted. David listened to me instead of pushing me. He found houses and showed me houses that were not even listed with him or Wright Pace. He was the best fit for me and I will use him for any future real estate needs I may have. Excellent Service!!!!

Seller reviewDavid has a very good track record for sales in the local area. His knowledge of the area sales is excellent. He put together a great sales package for my property (home was sold based on the virtual tour he put together, buyers did not physically see the property). The seller & buyer completed the transaction remotely. He works very hard at marketing the property and the closing details were handled very well by him. I would highly recommend David to anyone looking to sell their property!
