Buyer reviewThis is the second time I have used David Shelton in 5 years. I bought my first home in SD through him. I found a new place that he helped me w/ the last 3 months. The purchase of my new home was contingent on the sale of 2 houses one in SD and one in MD. David was an absolute magician. He held together a deal that probably no one else in the real estate world ever could have. He is not just a real estate agent, he goes far and above the call of duty and treats people w/ the utmost respect. David's greatest attribute is his patience and poise when deals get hectic or potentially could take a turn for the worse. I could never imagine using anyone else in South Dakota. He is the best in the business for a reason. His work ethic is second to none. At the end of the day he took care of me and my family at a very very stressful time. You would be a fool to not utilize his services.
