I have been in The North Central Florida area since 1972. I have always loved working with people and problem solving. Residentially over 25 years in the Energy Savings Industry, Heating & Air Conditioning, Solar and Indoor Air Quality! Additional experience; Solar Hot Water, Solar Pool Heating, Energy Efficient Pool Pumps and LED lighting. Over 20 years experience with residential and small commercial Energy Audits, Motivational Consulting, Marketing & Sales and Interior Design. All these years of experience was a great stepping stone that led me to Real Estate & I love it!
