When it came down to the property we purchased, it was Edgar's extra step in reaching out to seller that made us stand out from all the other offers. He kept close contact with the sellers agent during the entire escrow process. Edgar went above and beyond to make sure we had all our questions answered, before making any decisions. We never felt pressured, we felt like Edgar was always looking out for us. We strongly recommend Edgar. His effort to always get our questions answered made us feel confident during our entire search for our property.
