We would start a search and look at some properties and then say the time isn't now and stop looking. 3 months later we would do the same thing. Finally this year we did the same thing but told her this is our time and sure enough it was. She was never hesitant to begin the process with us again. She was great at listening to what we were looking for and honest when a property wasn't what the listing would make it appear to be. She would dig into place to find out more details to see what we could do with the property. I would recommend Elaine Westerdahl-Delaney to anyone searching for a property.
