I spoke with multiple other realtors in the county and I had experiences beforehand being mislead, dealing with aloof or unmotivated agents, until finding Ellen. This was my first experience purchasing property and every question I had, which were a lot, regarding land building restrictions and permits, negotiations, closing etc. were all answered with patience and determination to help me feel comfortable and understand more deeply.
