Seller reviewWe had met with a different real estate agent before meeting with Elsa and it was quickly apparent to us that Elsa was much more knowledgeable and was a better communicator. Namely, she shared useful information before we even asked her a question. There were several points in the process where we needed to make a decision and each time, Elsa helped us understand the various options we had and told us which one she thought was most advantageous for us, but then let us make the final decision. This was especially helpful when we were trying to understand and evaluate several offers to see which one was better. Elsa knew how to zero in on the things that were the most important aspects of the contract and this helped us tremendously. In addition to her professional knowledge and sage advice, my wife and I also appreciate Elsa's personable demeanor, encouraging comments, and her contagious optimism. We would highly recommend her to anyone (in the area) who needs a realtor.
