Seller reviewWe can't imagine a more professional real estate transaction than what Emily Ziegenfuse provided for the sale of our home. It is a great benefit to have a local agent like Emily who knows the area and the real estate market. Emily took time to understand our needs and preferences in selling our home, researched fair comps so we were comfortable with the price, and very professionally answered all our questions. Emily did a great job describing our property for the advertising and the photos she took presented the property well. She professionally worked with the buyer's agent and as we got closer to settlement, she handled any questions from the buyers keeping our best interests in mind. Emily carefully went over every document that needed signing. Emily Ziegenfuse was top notch in every way and we highly recommend her.
