I HAD TO SELL A HOUSE/PROPERTY IN A TOWN, A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR NORTH OF WHERE I RESIDE, IN NEW JERSEY, WHICH WAS PART OF MY DUTIES AS EXECUTOR OF A RELATIVE'S ESTATE. MR. BOREK WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY THE ATTORNEY REPRESENTING ME AS EXECUTOR. MR. BOREK EXPLAINED THE PROCESS, ESTIMATING A TIME FRAME/SALE PRICE OF HOUSE/PROPERTY, PRIOR TO BEING PUT ON MARKET, WHICH WERE PRETTY MUCH MET. WHEN THE BUYER'S INSPECTION COMPANY DID INSPECTION OF RESIDENCE/PROPERTY, AN UNDERGROUND OIL TANK, WHICH I WAS UNAWARE OF, WAS DISCOVERED ON PROPERTY. MR. BOREK RECOMMENDED A COMPANY FOR REMOVAL, WHICH WERE VERY GOOD AND VERY EFFICIENT, HELPING US CLOSE WITH THE BUYER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRANK BOREK, IF YOU ARE IN THE MARKET FOR BUYING, AND/OR SELLING, RESIDENCE/PROPERTY IN THE NORTH JERSEY, NEW JERSEY AREA.

We inherited a property underwater with a Wells Fargo reverse mortgage. After many months harassed by the bank's attorney's we were introduced to Frank as a possible route to a short sale. When the bank refused a short sale Frank found a buyer and the estate actually came out ahead. I wish we had found Frank 8 months earlier.
