Seller reviewGarry Klein listens to the customers wants and needs. You tell him what you want Garry will tell you if it is realistic or not. Ex: I did not want to waste money on painting my house.Garry never pushed he said fine you might have to take less. Garry walks you through every process when to contact lawyer, when to contact inspector. Garry is with you from beginning to end of this process. Garry goes the extra mile and made sure I received my escrow money. I highly recommend Garry Klein and I will certainly Recommend him to my friends and family!

Buyer reviewGarry went way above my expectations. He actually walked me through every step of the process. He would tell me book your inspection, have a termite inspection. Even walk through he would say turn on the water, check the washing machine, dryer, stove and fridge. Garry even went to walk through with my buyers to make sure I would receive my escrow. Garry is a very caring person and really cares about his clients. Garry would also walk into a home a say baseboard heat. Great for allergies, if I said foyer is too narrow he would suggest make a half wall it will give the appearance of looking bigger. I can't say enough good things about Garry Klein I already recommended him to a friend and I will continue to do so. Century 21 you have a real gem!
