I hit the jackpot when I found Gary. I reached out to him after conducting an online search for realtors in the area and reading their corresponding reviews. After speaking with Gary I knew he was the agent I would want to partner with. We started the search for our new home in April. After our first conversation, he hit the ground running and provided me with listings that matched my criteria. I found out that we actually lived in the same neighborhood just a few blocks away and that Gary was a lifelong resident of Monmouth County. That was a huge bonus for me. I had mentioned to him that my husband was exceptionally tall and had trouble with doorways and ceiling heights. At our first showing Gary whipped out a tape measure from his back pocket and helped confirm the doorways had adequate clearance for my husband to be able to comfortably walk through. That attention to detail made a world of a difference for me! It was reassuring to know my agent was actively listening and genuinely cared. After being outbid on a few homes we finally found the house that was meant for us in July. And in all that time Gary was patient, super communicative and creative.
