She helped us sell our old house as well as buying another. We would not hesitate to recommend her to fellow Canadians or anyone buying or selling. She has a very open, comfortable way about her, without being pushy.

Seller reviewOur attorney who drew up our trust knew Gloria, and strongly recommended Gloria. Gloria was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. She suggested many ways to divest items we no longer needed such as books, clothing, a pool table and piano etc. We moved to NY before the house was sold, and Gloria attended to the details of selling the house remotely along with the title company. Closing on the house on line was much easier than we anticipated. We would, and will, recommend Gloria to any person looking for an agent! I can't say enough how smoothly and timely the sale of our house went. Thanks in large part to Gloria.
