Seller reviewEvery once in a while you come across a special person that changes your life....Heather is that person for us. Words cannot express how much we appreciated her expertise in listing and marketing our home which sold in record time and helping us find,our perfect dream home. She went over and above to keep us informed of every detail. Her guidance, support and caring personality is what puts her above the rest. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated all she did to make our move absolutely perfect.

Buyer reviewThis was our first home purchase and our offer was accepted within 48 hours of the property being listed. All this was only possible because of our amazing agent Heather! Immediately after the open house we told her we wanted to make an offer and she sat down with us and went through every aspect of what she felt would make an amazing offer, explaining it so simply and meticulously that we were put completely at ease. In the end the offer was so well written that the seller accepted immediately! From that point on Heather was doing constant status checks with us and providing answers to questions we were still thinking about. She consistently went above and beyond and provided us contacts for other services that we needed throughout the process. Her positive energy just brightens up the room and gives you that additional spring in your step as well. Her relationship with us didn't end with the closing, she is helping us remodel the place. I am pleased to say Heather is family now!
