Buyer reviewHolly did an amazing job and the only reason I'm filling this out is because of how wonderful she was. Holly constantly updated us on dates. Holly made sure we understood every detail. Helped us with getting money to the proper places. Knew the west side of town and helped us find a home there. Holly listened to our prices and terms. Was very present for inspections always taking notes for us and talking about key aspects.

She went above and beyond to ensure we both found a great new house, and got an excellent price for our old house. She dealt with so many headaches for us that I can't imagine having gone through the process without her. I highly recommend Holly and anyone from the Century 21 team as they are incredibly professional, highly trained, and truly seem to care for their clients as more than just clients, but rather they treat you like they would their own family.

Seller reviewHolly handled remediations to the property better than any other agent I've had. She helped manage the issues to completion very efficiently. When she (rarely) felt her knowledge wasn't sufficient, she was very careful to be helpful while also reaching out to experts. The market at the time of sale fluctuated wildly, which made the sale take longer unfortunately. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better agent to ride through that with.

She went above and beyond at every turn to make sure the process of buying and selling our home was smooth. We had a headache of a situation with a lien on the house we were selling, and she worked so hard to get the answers we needed and to make sure we checked every box necessary to get the home sale done.
