This included the cleanup of the condo, executing and supervising the necessary remodeling to prepare the place for showing, his market analysis and advice on the price, evaluating offers and contracts, contract negotiation, and even helping with a temporary lease agreement until the buyer's loan was approved. We couldn't have asked for a better agent.

He's very knowledgeable about our local market and guided me throughout the sale of my first home. He coordinated meetings with the tenants without me having to be present as well as meeting with contractors that needed to complete repairs on the property.
