Hi, my name is James Sadler; my friends call me Jim. I'm a real estate agent for the Williamsburg office of Century21 Nachman Realty.
I grew up as the son of a military officer. We moved often, and so self-discipline, organization, adaptability, and attention to detail were traits that were instilled in me from an early age.
I've seen Williamsburg grow and prosper since I first set foot in this town in 1978 to attend the College of William and Mary, and now I've got the over 60 years of expertise of Century 21 Nachman Realty behind me to provide you with knowledgeable, friendly, attentive service from start to finish.
As a Century21 agent, I've been given all the latest updates, all the training, all the technological tools, to make the sale or purchase of your home a superior experience. When we were unavailable to walk through the home that we finally purchased, Jim went there himself and because both he and my husband are technologically savvy, they were able to walk me through the home as if I were walking with them. Seller reviewMade a "cold call" at Century21 and Jim Sadler agreed to meet me at the property within 30 minutes to give me an initial assessment. Jim had my unit listed within 48 hours, after assessing initial responses, he made several repair/upgrade recommendations which he facilitated through his local contacts. Result was an above asking price offer with several contingency waivers. In addition to the above comments about Jim's ability to facilitate rapid work to get to market - as a non-local seller I was deeply impressed by Jim's initiative and selfless willingness to personally take care of small things such as light bulbs, cabinets, and drainage that I could have done had I been there - he took interest in the small things. Jim Sadler was timely, smart, well connected with local resources, in constant communication, and had attention to detail. On my way out of town I asked Jim if I should stop by Lowe's and buy light bulbs, etc. - he told me to hit the road before it got dark and that he would take care of it!
