Other agents wanted us to list low and sell low for a quick turnaround. I don't think they had the right target buyers in mind. And it made us question their motives. Jan listened to us, and after seeing the house, she explained the "type" of buyer she thought we could sell to, and we did. Jan was very responsive, very timely, and experienced. I always felt Jan was looking out for my interests. Jan took the time to research every question I had and got me timely answers with clear understanding. As soon as the house was listed Jan worked tirelessly to show the house to potential buyers. There was a lot of interest, so Jan had multiple showings. This started the evening the house was listed (she worked long hours), and proceeded all the next day. Jan helped us weed through multiple offers, each with different details and contingencies, financing, timing, inclusions and exclusions. Jan explained the pro's and con's of each offer, gave us her professional opinion, guided us, and respected us, throughout the decision process.
