About Janelle Makowski: I am fortunate to have moved to Clearwater in October of 1990 and live in Pinellas County for the past 27 years. My husband, Robert Makowski, is also a licensed Realtor. We have been blessed with being able to raise our 3 children in Pinellas County and taken advantage of the incredible activities in the Tampa Bay area.
I have over 15 years of experience working in customer service, supervising/management and project management. I became a licensed Realtor in 2004 while working full time. I truly take pride in helping clients sell their home or find their dream home. I've mastered the art of listening to customers and strive to accommodate their needs. I pride myself on providing personal, professional service that will exceeds client expectations while maintaining the highest level of integrity. With having a father that served in the military and 2 brothers that served as well, I find it very special when I have the opportunity to assist Veterans or those in active military. I serve the Tampa Bay Area which includes areas close to MacDill AFB and Coast Guard. Servicing the customer and finding them a place 'they' want is my #1 Priority.

Seller reviewI would highly recommend Jannelle Makowski. As an out-of-state condo owner, Janelle stepped up and handled many little things that would typically fall on the homeowner. Her assistance in finding a local electrician, and being there while the work was accomplished was one of the little things. Janelle Makowski made us feel at ease as we went through the entire process, from the initial listing to the final closing.

Buyer reviewJanelle is an excellent realtor. She answers all your questions and has good suggestions for solutions to your problems. She is caring but at the same time very professional. She is very knowledgeable about housing construction and real estate laws and provides good suggestions for other sources of info whenever you ask her something she doesn't know about. She is not a shark, as so many other realtors are in my experience. I have bought and sold more than 20 properties in my adult life and I have never had a realtor I trusted more than Janelle. She has my highest recommendation.

Seller reviewAt the very first meeting, Janelle spent time listening to my concerns and needs. She knew and presented recent listings and sales. She clearly related Centuty 21's policies. Upon viewing entire home and yard, she noted plus factors of the place. Finally, her pleasant personality sparkled and She followed up with a phone cal shortly afterwards. Excellent realtor, wonderful person. Since I was from out of state and had house furniture and belongings to dispose, Janelle was helpful by making suggestions on where to do that.
