While the process of selling a home is an overwhelming and often obstacle course Janet gave us excellent guidance, unflagging availability and constant willingness to communicate re concerns, clarifications, relaying info between us and prospective buyers agent. Her intense research and knowledge of the selling area pales compared to her passion, commitment and personality. She helped us set realistic expectations throughout the process and knows how to ensure all aspects of a successful sale are done and that the client is her top priority! I can truly say that Janet is not just a realtor, but our friend! I can recommend and attest that she is the woman for selling or buying!!
