Originally from Rockford Illinois, my parents relocated us to Northern Colorado in 1982 and I have been a resident of Fort Collins for over 40 years. My wife and I have three active children who all attended the Fort Collins school district and have been involved in the fantastic youth activities that are available in our area.
I grew up in a real estate family and have been an active, full time Realtor for the past 20+ years. Our Fort Collins location allows us to assist buyers and sellers from Northern Denver to the Colorado/Wyoming state line. We are proud to be affiliated with several national and global relocation companies and have assisted hundreds of families relocate to and from Northern Colorado.

Buyer reviewWe have worked with Jason and team, through WWD, during three relocations (to CO in 2011, from CI in 2014, back to CO in 2020) We know and trust Jason a ton, he is preferred to work with through Woodward, and he and his brother and team really know the area and know us well. We do not believe we would have found the house we did without Jason leading us to it as our partner. since we closed remotely, we were dependent on Jason and his team to handle all of the details, inspections, workmanship from inspection findings, etc. Great/ thorough job! All excellent which is also why we choose him...our personalities and values align.

What we appreciated most, is that Jason never acted like a salesman, he was never pushy. He allowed us to take our time walking through homes as we him-hawed over details.
